WAO Superclub Ticketing Policy

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. If an event is postponed due to Government Policy or Health orders arising from COVID-19, a credit note/ voucher will be offered to ticket holders. This credit can be used toward any of our events within 12 months of issue.

Upscale, fashionable attire only - No hats, singlets, shorts, thongs, sportswear, running shoes, lad attire or offensive haircuts are permitted. We have a zero-tolerance policy for tattoos that may be deemed offensive or culturally insensitive (we recommend tattoos to be covered). Non-compliance with this dress code will result in no entry, with no refund.

Guests arriving intoxicated will not be admitted entry, with no refund.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
