Join us 28 May at iconic music venue The Triffid, to celebrate 12 of Brisbane’s freshest young music acts. This talented group has been busy taking part in a transformative experience as finalists of The QUBE Effect 2025. 

The QUBE Effect provides young and emerging musicians opportunities to network with and be mentored by some of Queensland’s most influential music industry experts. They have developed skills in publicity, live stage performance and filmed their own music video ready for thousands of people to watch and vote for in the People’s Choice Award, live on Brisbane City Council's website from 10am Monday 28 April - 4pm Monday 26 May.

Come along to The QUBE Effect 2025 Awards Night to hear live performances from some of this year’s finalists and the winner announcements of the People’s Choice Award, Innovation Award, QUBE Development Award, Original Song Award, Lord Mayor’s Live Music Award, some very exciting Performance Prizes and celebrate the next generation of Australian music.
