After a hugely successful tour with the Big Day Out in January, Sneaky Sound System is pleased to announce dates for their own national headline tour beginning on April 2 in Queensland: POPTRONICA 2009.

February 14 saw the release of 16, the third single from the bands sophomore album 2', which debuted at #1 on the ARIA album chart last August.  Sitting comfortably inside the Top 10 of the ARIA club chart for the last four weeks, 16 is an instant crowd-favourite, sing-along-summer-anthem and is set to be the biggest single yet for Sneaky Sound System.

Before they jump aboard the Poptronica bus, March will see Miss Connie, Black Angus, Double D and the band return overseas to support the international release of their singles I Love It and UFO, with shows confirmed for the UK, Germany and the US. 14^th Floor/Warner Music will release the Sneaky Sound System album (a mix of tracks from their first two Australian albums) on April 6. The Poptronica tour will also see the band head to New Zealand for the second time this year, with shows confirmed across the Anzac Day weekend.

The past 12 months have seen Sneaky Sound System tour with their full live band, selling out shows around the country and overseas. The Poptronica Tour will see the trio return to what they love best PLAYING THE CLUBS!

Playing to a forest of arms, festival circuit regulars Sneaky Sound System are as good as mainstream dance/pop gets.
