Children aged 17 years and younger are permitted on course, however must be supervised at all times by a parent or a guardian who is old enough to be their parent. Please note, external food and beverages are strictly prohibited. Guests are able to purchase food and beverages from the retail outlets on course. Please note, as BRC is a licensed venue a valid form of identification will be required to enter the venue.

  Located within the Members Grandstand, the lower level of the Champagne Bar is an open air space with direct views of the track. Reserved tables will be allocated inside. Only a limited amount of tables are able to be pre-reserved each raceday with the remainder for Members, Owners and their Guests on the day.

  Located on the public lawn, you will enjoy every thrill of the live thoroughbred racing action with views of the track from your own reserved table and seating. This is a perfect location to entertain friends or a more informal setting for celebrating with colleagues. Pre-order a group package platter for a delicious trackside lunch. Each table seats 10 guests. Tables are sold as groups of 10. Please note, any pre-ordered platters or purchased food cannot be taken home and must be consumed on course. If you do not have your attendee names at time of booking, please put your name or a business name under each attendee. Gate staff will check QR codes on tickets.

Roku Gin Girls Day Out

Everyone is welcome!

Always a crowd favourite, our Roku Gin Girls Day Out Raceday is back for another year!

Whether you need a catchup with friends or celebrating a Hens you will enjoy a day out at the iconic Eagle Farm Racecourse with an array of unique activities to elevate your Roku Gin Girls Day Out experience. It's also the start of Autumn racing including thrilling Group 1 races.

Enjoy live entertainment, an array of pop-ups, and treat your tastebuds to some of the premium dining packages on the day, including The Upper or Lower Squires Perch with prime views of the racetrack.

Raceday Office & Cloak Room

Our Raceday Office is open from 9:00am-5:30pm. Physical access will be from 10:00am once gates are open to Members and Owners, however we are able to take calls from 9.00am. Please note, a Cloak Room is available at the Raceday Office. All cloaked items must be collected before 5:30pm. After this time, cloaked items not collected can be picked up from the BRC Administration Office during the week.

Dietary Requirements

Please note, if you have a dietary requirement, every effort will be made to accommodate this. All care is taken when preparing dietary requests. As our kitchens are fresh cook, there may be traces of lactose, gluten, nuts, tree nuts, seafood, shellfish and egg products. Please email your dietary requirements to sales@brc.com.au.

External Food and Beverage

Please note, external food and beverages are strictly prohibited. Guests are able to purchase food and beverages from the retail outlets on course.

Important Information

Please note, as Brisbane Racing Club is a licensed venue you may be asked for ID when on course.

Acceptable Forms of ID include: Current Australian driver license or learner permit, passport (from any country), adult proof of age card, a recognised proof of age card (eg. Keypass identity card) or foreign driver license. These can be hard copy ID or official digital ID. The ID must be current and have a photograph of the person and their date of birth. Expired IDs will not be accepted.

It is an offence for a minor to be on licensed premises in Queensland unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult who is responsibly supervising the minor. Minors must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian who is old enough to be their parent. (ie. An 18-year-old accompanying a 17-year-old would not be considered a suitable guardian).
