Dress Code: Cocktail Wear

Parking: Located inside the gate 4 carpark and float carpark

Table Allocations: Tables will be allocated as tables of ten. Groups with fewer guest numbers will be sharing.

Please note this function is restricted to patrons aged 18 years and over. Children aged 17 years and younger are not permitted in this function.

Please note: If you have a dietary requirement, every effort will be made to accommodate this. All care is taken when preparing dietary requests. As our kitchens are fresh cook, there may be traces of lactose, gluten, nuts, tree nuts, seafood, shellfish and egg products. Please email your dietary requirements to membership@brc.com.au.

Important Information

Please note as Brisbane Racing Club is a Licenced Venue you may be asked for ID when on course.

Acceptable Forms of ID include: Current Australian driver licence or learner permit, passport (from any country), adult proof of age card, a recognised proof of age card (eg. Keypass identity card) or foreign driver license. These can be hard copy ID or official digital ID. The ID must be current and have a photograph of the person and their date of birth. Expired IDs will not be accepted.
