We’re bringing MAHICO from The Northern Rivers to Sydney! Join us for our launch event Sunday, July 14th  at our new home, Alcatraz, Annandale to celebrate World electronic music at its best.

Take a trip around the world with our Mahico residents JOSE LOPEZ  from Colombia via Brisbane, ASTRONAFRICA of Mixagi fame, our dear amiga CHARLOTIINHA from Ile Ilu and Mahico curator and resident dj XUJA. Bringing their unique global influence to combine an eclectic mix of Afro-Latin / Braziliana, folklore and  everything in between  layered with electronic sounds. 

We’ll bring curated Mahico drinks (did someone say Margarita?!) and a rotating sharing menu showcasing travel-inspired ‘guilty and wickedly delicious’ bites from Latin America and beyond in collaboration with GULA. .

⫷ GUAL x MAHICO Kitchen kicks of from 4pm 

Alcatraz’s unique cactus-filled venue will feature the Mahico decor you know and love, emphasising colour, artwork, play and visual intrigue around every corner. There’s space to chill with a cocktail amongst lush greenery then dance until you drop.

Our strictly LIMITED capacity makes for an intimate dancefloor and a community gathering like no other.
