Event Details

KILAT are a raw black metal band based in Melbourne, Australia, formed in 2021. The trio—Karina Utomo on vocals, Rama Parwata on drums, and Ben Andrews on guitar—combines dark, atmospheric soundscapes with intense lyrical themes. Their music delves into occult rituals and mysticism, making them a unique presence in the underground metal scene.

PURE MASS are a heavy band hailing from Gadigal and Dharug lands. They are known for their energetic performances that fuse elements of hardcore and metal. The group focuses on aggressive, socially-conscious themes in their lyrics, using their music as a platform for defiance and resistance against systemic oppression.

HAZEEN are a politically charged Muslim duo from Sydney, blending elements of Death Metal, psyche and experimental noise to create their own distinct sound. The band, formed by multi-instrumentalists and vocalists who share a passion for activism, uses their music to tackle issues like colonization, identity, and resistance, making them a vital voice in the contemporary Australian underground music scene.

MAGGOT CAVE plays a brutal form of grindcore. The band are known for their relentless, fast-paced music. They are signed to Grindhead Records and have released multiple records, including demos and singles that capture their raw and chaotic energy.
