HALO Vocal Ensemble is a collaborative group of Melbourne's leading singers, musicians and DJ MzRizk, performing live arrangements of modern RnB, Soul, Jazz, Gospel and Hip Hop classics.

Directed by powerhouse Liona Tatafu, HALO Vocal Ensemble features a diverse line up of artists from different communities across Melbourne to perform collaboratively & simultaneously on one stage. The energy & talent that radiates from the stage during a performance is one to be experienced.

Halo features a rotating line up of vocalists that have all established their careers as solo artists, there is no shortage of amazing talent that Liona brings together at each live show. Artists have included Thando, Michaela Jayde, Soli Tesema, Jaydean, Emma Volard, SKYE, Lhēon and Strictly D.T.

HALO Vocal Ensemble sold out their shows at Melbourne Music Week x Melbourne Museum Summer Plaza Series in January 2021 and Melbourne International Jazz Festival in 2021. Halo Vocal Ensemble have also brought joy to crowds in between Melbourne's famous lockdowns performing at MOOMBA in Melbourne 2021 and 2022.

Halo will be performing a headline show at the Night Cat on April 23, 2022.
