Having performed since a young age Grant Touchell is an accomplished six stringer in the Perth/Fremantle music scene. He has played in a plethora of bands over the years and now has his own band, “Hyte” but will be playing a solo set to kick the night off.

The Gators | 8.15pm (2 sets)

The Gators were formed in 1991. The original line-up was Pete Romano on vocals and rhythm guitar, Paul Mooney on lead guitar, Geoff Maxwell on drums, and Greg Thompson on bass. There has been other members such as Paul Felton, Steve Garde, Roy Daniel, Bob Fortescue, Reg Zar, Warren Daly, and Angus Digs to name a few.
Highlights for the band were gigs, like Bindoon, and bike shows at Port Hedland, Wangarra, Ocean View and various clubhouses. The Gators were one of the first resident acts at Blue to the Bone (now the Rocket Room). Private parties were a speciality.
Starting off 2025 for the Blues Club with the reunion of the original line-up along with some old friends guesting, this will be a blinder of a night of rambunctious blues.
