Looking (and sounding) like the love child of Jack White and Marc Bolan, Børns is a 23-year-old LA based prodigy. His debut single ‘10,000 Emerald Pools’ was the first sign of a significant talent.
Secret Sounds today confirms that the BØRNS show scheduled to take place at Oxford Art Factory, Thursday 7 January, has moved to Newtown Social Club. The show date and door time remain the same as previously advised, Thursday 7 January at 8PM. All ticket purchases remain valid for the new venue.

A cascading tune as memorable as it is ethereal, it brings to mind the likes of Grouplove, T-Rex, and Elton John, but Børns has a distinct melodic sensibility that is all his own. There's something magnetic about his brand of ghostly genre-spanning pop. He's soon to follow his gripping EP 'Candy' with a debut album 'Dopamine'. The first single 'Electric Love' has had over 20 million Spotify plays. Second single, 'The Emotion' debuted as Zane Lowe's Today's World Record.
He recently featured as Apple Music's New Artist Spotlight and his cover of the Velvet Underground's 'Sunday Morning' is currently the soundtrack for H&M's latest world-wide campaign. Currently touring the US and the UK and selling out shows all over the place, if you don't know Børns already you will soon!
