After a short trip home to WA for the holiday season, 40th Parallel have returned to Melbourne eager to showcase new songs and ideas at Brunswick Artists' Bar on January 31. 

With elements of jazz, shoegaze and electronica, 40th Parallel's genre bending instrumentation and radically personal lyricism has drawn comparisons to influential acts such as King Krule, Black Country New Road and Radiohead. 

Joining them will be post- punk outfit Red Moon Cowboy and folk-rock collective Westgate Special.
