Australia's top beach club returns to Meelup Beach, bringing together renowned chefs Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson and Ben Ing for a unique beachside experience. Choose between either a three-course menu inspired by the Western Australian coastline or a more relaxed Beach Bar with casual beach dishes, Margaret River wines, coastal spritzes and a sandy dancefloor! Across every session, Thailand's renowned DJ and chef Mendy Indigo sets the soundtrack.

The Grand Tasting

Set on the sweeping lawns of Howard Park Wines, The Grand Tasting brings Margaret River's most celebrated wineries together for Pair'd's signature garden party. Spend the afternoon tasting and purchasing wines by the bottle, exploring local producer stalls and enjoying festival dishes curated by Matt Moran and Aaron Carr. With live jazz, freshly shucked Leeuwin Coast oysters, rare Museum Masterclasses and a finale performance from ARIA Award-winner Isabella Manfredi, this is Margaret River wine in full celebration mode.

New Wave Gathering

New Wave Gathering is taking over crowd favourite Chow's Table for a night of great wine, delicious Chinese, and live music headlined by Australian indie-electronic favourites Boo Seeka! Expect festival dishes from Mal Chow inspired by his Malaysian-Chinese heritage, designed to be eaten with a wine glass in hand. Your ticket includes 4 x wine tasting tokens to spend across a curated lineup of next-generation Margaret River producers, with extra pours and glasses available for purchase all night.
