Margaret's Beach Club at Castle Bay

Enjoy DJ beats, sip on the finest Margaret River Region wines and savour seafood platters and dishes crafted by culinary heroes David Pynt (Burnt Ends), Ben Jacobs (Lagoon), Aaron Carr (Yarri) and Ben Ing (Alberta's). Legendary local sommelier, Cyndal Petty will curate a list of Margaret River Region's finest wines. 

Nature's Table at Tanah Marah 

Indulge in a four-course lunchtime feast set beneath the towering trees of Tanah Marah Forest. Each dish stars locally sourced ingredients prepared by ex-Noma alumni David Zilber and Ben Ing, joined by Paul Iskov to present the ultimate foraged and fermented dining experience.

Night Hawker 

An evening of tempting Asian street eats crafted by superstar chefs Dan Hong, Rosheen Kaul and Mal Chow. Taste your way through the street eat stations, with dumplings, grilled skewers and authentic bites on offer... it's food that will make your senses go wild!
