Ava Nunan

Ava Nunan (she/her) lives and writes on unceded Wurundjeri land. She is completing her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Melbourne, where she double-majors in creative writing and cultural studies. Most recently, she was the resident artist of Space A in Nepal, where she marveled at the mountains more than she worked. Ava’s previous work can be found in Voiceworks, Born Writers Award, Verve, Verandah, and others.

Tegan Webb

Tegan Webb is a writer, zine and digital art maker from Naarm. Her work explores themes of connection and creativity in various experimental forms such as zines and interactive fiction. They are currently working on a collection of short stories about robots, a bunch of other weird experiments, and working at a library to pay their bills. 

romesh dissanayake

romesh dissanayake is a Sri Lankan and Koryo Saram writer, poet and chef from Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington. Currently living on unceded Wurundjeri Country. His work explores ideas of identity, decolonisation and place. 

romesh's poetry, fiction and essays have appeared in various print and online publications. His first novel, When I open the shop, was the winner of the 2022 Modern Letters Fiction Prize and is published by Te Herenga Waka University Press. His chapbook poetry collection, Favourite Flavour House, is forthcoming in AUP New Poets 10 published by Auckland University Press.  

He has cooked at Mabel's Burmese Eat and Drink Shop and Rita in Aro Valley.

Dominic Symes

Dominic Symes lives quietly in Naarm. He writes poetry, some of which has been published in Australian journals and anthologies, and the best of which appears in his debut collection ‘I saw the best memes of my generation’ (Recent Work Press, 2022). He was shortlisted for the 2023 David Harold Tribe Award and won the 2023 Woollahra Digital Literary Award for Poetry.
