The Unset launch their new single 'Decay/Bloom'

Adelaide based dynamic power trio The Unset, have carved out a unique position in the South Australian alternative scene. Blending thunderous drumming, walls of fuzzed out riffs and moody soundscapes that are set against unusual song forms, cultivating in an idiosyncratic sound. This distinctive sound is very hard to pigeonhole and have drawn comparisons to the likes of Oceansize, Biffy Clyro, The Butterfly Effect and A Perfect Circle. Throughout the years, they have supported such acts as Sleepmakeswaves, Caligula’s Horse, Mark of Cain, Khan and Osaka Punch.

March 28 sees the release of their newest single 'Decay/Bloom'. An anthemic guitar driven song that further pushes their songwriting abilities into progressive territory. ‘Decay/Bloom’ not only proves to be an example of their broader influences, it showcases the exploration and use of different techniques, songwriting styles, and subject matter, while remaining authentic.
