The Shoplifting Doctor is a musical project that wanders through a large palette of musical styles, colours and genres written and produced by David Wood.

You will be invited to traverse through a musical investigation into our modern society and all its traps and pitfalls along with expressions of joy in the simple act of living, through memories, self reflection and humour.

This project will comprise of three single releases including 'Heads Down’ as the first release, culminating in an album release comprising of twelve songs mid 2024 and a live album Launch at Lazybones on July 18th.

UK-born, Australian based singer-songwriter Phoebe Over has rightfully earned a reputation as one of the brightest new musical talents from the UK in recent years. Her acoustic-led expressions of teen angst and emotional vulnerability take inspiration from the likes of Lily Allen, Jorja Smith and Billie Eilish, and the stories she shares through her music have that down-to-earth, real-life quality that makes her music instantly relatable to her growing number of fans.
