Hailing from Albury NSW, The Northern Folk are a collective of eleven musical ambitionists spreading their unique brand of folk/pop/stomp/rock into the roots of small towns and big cities alike. Soaring saxes, roaring brass, and bashful bass frame the Northern Folk's massive vocals, with eight part harmonies in tow. Thirteen months in the making, Melbourne shoegaze space-rock outfit Amber Isles drop their debut LP November 2016. Tracked and sculpted in a purpose built studio entirely DIY and mixed and mastered out of Brussels, Belgium where project A.I. was first conceived back in 2012, the band hit the road December 1st for a national album tour hitting Canberra on the way.
