Tasman Keith sets up to bring a new headline show to Sydney and Melbourne in late March. The 22-year-old Gumbaynggirr rapper has already kicked off a big start to 2019, leading off Laneway Festival, that featured the likes of Gang of Youths and Courtney Barnett, and recently appearing at St Kilda Festival in Victoria. Coming off another tour with Haiku Hands, Tasman is ready to hit the road again in support of his recently released single ‘move up’. The single (‘move up’), which pursues a different sound from his debut EP ‘Mission Famous’, has become a staple hit for Tasman, creating a hyped atmosphere when performing live. Joining the ranks of hit singles, ‘Mission Famous’, ‘Divided’ and ‘My Pelopolees’, Tasman quickly picked up airplay from triple j and FBi Radio.
After a successful run from the Mission Famous Tour in late 2018, with the biggest crowds being pulled in Bowraville and Sydney, Tasman gears up for two unmissable headline shows featuring a spotlight on his new single ‘move up’, appearing in Sydney at Oxford Arts Factory Gallery Bar on the 22nd of March in and introducing himself into the Melbourne nightlife at the Gasometer on the 23rd of March. Testing new music and sounds with his next projects throughout the year, along with a well built and developed set, Tasman is ready to bring forward a new level to his art – presenting a fresh yet coherent show.
