 The event organisers have been in touch to let us know that the Susan O'Neill show scheduled for Sunday 5 April 2020 has been cancelled. 

 Message from the event organiser:

"It is with heavy hearts and disappointment, we have to inform you that the tour cannot proceed as originally planned due to the ever evolving status of COVID-19 Corona Virus. As you know a number of festivals and events in Australia where Susan was to perform, have been cancelled. The situation is changing quickly globally, with travel restriction imposed in most EU countries and flights being cancelled.

Susan has departed Australia for Ireland to be home with her family. Ticket refunds will be issued. Thank you for your understanding and we hope SON returns to Australia when the pandemic is over.”

Due to the number of cancellations, our refund process is taking slightly longer than usual. You don’t need to do anything; your ticket(s) will be automatically refunded back to your credit card/PayPal account and we’ll let you know when this has been done. It can take up to 3-5 business days for the funds to return to your account. If your card details have changed, please wait for Moshtix to contact you directly regarding this. 

If you're unable to see the refund in your account after 5 business days, please contact your financial institution before contacting Moshtix.  

Alternatively, if you purchased tickets from an outlet you will need to go back to the point of purchase.
