  Located on the public lawn, you will enjoy every thrill of the live thoroughbred racing action with views of the track from your own reserved table and seating. Entry for this Raceday will be FREE, which means no ticket is required.

Upgrades to the Members Reserve and Hospitality Packages can be booked via Moshtix or our Sales & Events Team at sales@brc.com.au.

BRC Members Exclusive Access

Please note the Bernborough Bar will be exclusive to BRC Members and The 10,000 Room will be open to BRC Members and Owners. Members dress code enforced in these areas.

Raceday Office & Cloak Room

Our Raceday Office is open from 9:00am-5:30pm. Physical access will be from 1.00pm once gates are open to Members and Owners, however we are able to take calls from 12.00pm.

Please note, a Cloak Room is available at the Raceday Office. All cloaked items must be collected before 5:30pm. After this time, cloaked items not collected can be picked up from the BRC Administration Office during the week.

Dietary Requirements

Please note if you have a dietary requirement, every effort will be made to accommodate this. All care is taken when preparing dietary requests. As our kitchens are fresh cook, there may be traces of lactose, gluten, nuts, tree nuts, seafood, shellfish and egg products. Please email your dietary requirements to sales@brc.com.au.

External Food and Beverage

Please note external food and beverages are strictly prohibited. Guests are able to purchase food and beverages from the retail outlets on course.

Important Information

Please note as Brisbane Racing Club is a licenced venue you may be asked for ID when on course.

Acceptable Forms of ID include: Current Australian driver licence or learner permit, passport (from any country), adult proof of age card, a recognised proof of age card (eg. Keypass identity card) or foreign driver license. These can be hard copy ID or official digital ID. The ID must be current and have a photograph of the person and their date of birth. Expired IDs will not be accepted.

It is an offence for a minor to be on licensed premises in Queensland unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult who is responsibly supervising the minor. Minors must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian who is old enough to be their parent. (ie. An 18-year-old accompanying a 17-year-old would not be considered a suitable guardian).
