The Wharf Tavern is super excited to announce that Boy & Bear will be headlining the Sea N Sound Festival to be held in Mooloolaba on the Saturday 10th June. Now in its second year, Sea N Sound aims to create a boutique blend of coastal lifestyle and local culture, focusing on the best live music, local seafood and Australian craft beer, bringing a truly 'Australian' event to the Sunshine Coast.

Sea N Sound festival is located outside the Wharf Tavern, positioned on the Mooloolah river and opposite the stunning Mooloolaba beach. Last year the precinct was converted to hold more than 2000 people of which enjoyed the sounds of some of Australia's premier artists including Pete Murray, Ash Grunwald and Sahara Beck.

This year is shaping up to be even bigger, with Aussie favourites, Boy & Bear supported by Busby Marou and band with their ARIA number 1 album. Sunshine Coast festival favourites Tijuana Cartel, Adelaides rising alt-indie star Timberwolf plus a host of local acts will undoubtedly give not only Sunshine Coasters but beach culture lovers Australia wide no choice but to come and revel in everything that makes Mooloolaba one of Australia's most loved destinations.

But make sure you're there early, because the local talent on display will blow your mind! Selahphonic were easily one of the highlights last year, they are now further up the bill with a brand new album under their belts.  Multi-instrumentalist Chris Flaskas will be bringing his Trio along to whip everyone into a frenzy, while young local talent Sametime, having recently signed with Sony an act destined for great things.  North QLDs, Tae Oskee is another incredible multi-instrumentalist not to be missed, while Teenage songstress Doolie will set the scene perfectly with her hook-ladened electro pop and commanding vocals.  

This is truly a line up not to be missed!
