Music SA’s Scouted returns once again to showcase emerging and unsigned talent from South Australia’s music scene to significant music industry representatives.
This year’s showcase will see 14 artists and bands take to 4 different stages across Adelaide on Friday 5 August 2022 – no longer held as part of Umbrella Festival, but instead coinciding with the Australian Independent Record Labels Association (AIR) annual IndieCon which is being held first week of August and will be attended by hundreds of delegates from Australia’s music industry.
Iconic local live music venues Chateau Apollo, UniBar Adelaide, Rhino Room and Jack & Jill’s Basement Bar will host a variety of genres from post-punk and psych-rock to hip-hop and roots, celebrating local SA talent.
One ticket purchase gains access to all four venues !!!
The Scouted mini-festival will feature live performances from (alphabetically):
Alexander Black
Broken Waves
Busseys
Coldwave
Divebar Youth
KEYAN
Lilac Cove
Mums Favourite
Natasha Bianca
Rob Edwards
Sacredd
Sons of Zöku
Sunnyside Drive
Twine
Throughout the evening, these 14 emerging acts will perform live sets in front of a ticketed live audience of both live music fans and representatives from the Australian music industry, to ultimately open up exciting possibilities for the Scouted participants.
