Rhian Elin’s passion for electric guitar was ignited at age 8 when she overheard her mother playing a 12-bar blues. Hailing from the rolling hills of Wales, Rhian Elin has burst onto the local music scene, packing out local venues as well as self-releasing her long-awaited debut single in 2024, “My Old Flame,” a blend of what she likes to call “glittery blues pop”—think Fleetwood Mac meets Haim meets Stevie Ray Vaughan.

While her passion for pop music shines through in her polished studio recordings, her live performances reveal the blues and rock influences from her formative years (Van Halen, Aerosmith, Jeff Healey, Bonnie Raitt). Catch Rhian Elin at Brunswick Artist’s Bar on Sunday 24 November from 5 to 7pm and see how she brings music to life with natural feel, command and intensity. Backed by her incredible band and their infectious energy, their debut performance at BABS is one you won’t want to miss.
