Thursday night metal returns to the Woolly Mammoth Mane Stage

REVOID

From garages to greater things, Brisbane metalcore band Revoid are set to make big waves with their upcoming debut release of the Reform & Regret EP. Taking their next professional step forward in their craft, they have worked tirelessly with Asylum Audio to produce a riveting insight into the throes of change, pouring their experiences, trials and tribulations into every detail.

Though under a different band name at the time, Revoid carry a wealth of live performance experience. Being based in Brisbane, they have played and headlined multiple local events at popular venues such as The Brightside and The New Globe Theatre in Fortitude Valley, as well as The Back Room in Annerley; their high energy stage presence and gritty delivery boasts stellar crowd feedback during and after each and every performance.

“We wanted to make something entertaining for everyone in a live environment. I’ve been to shows where the band had made a beautiful studio album, but it just didn’t translate live. When assessing the flow of Reform & Regret, I wanted to capture both classic and modern moments alike, giving crowds something both energetic and nostalgic they could resonate with, but with a progressive and personal twist to it.” – Dale Dudeson (Lead singer)

Drawing inspiration from many top metal and rock heavy-weights such as Architects, Bring me the horizon, and Australian icons Parkway Drive, Reform & Regret has a little something for everyone. With sleek, powerful solos, blended beautifully with high gain, low-love riffs, wrapped neatly in deep, poignant and personal lyrics, you may not have sought out Revoid, but you’ll be glad when you find them.

KRAVE

Krave’s influences stem from the likes of Pantera, Karnivool, CKY and Halestorm. Members, Siana Davis, Ryan White and Sam Bertolone work hard, they live and breathe their passion and deliver the best show imaginable. Krave give everything to their audience. Every song. Every show. The band’s mission is to gig, record and release music so fans crave more from Krave.
