Ken Brown Dining Room
Treat yourself to Illawarra Turf Club’s premium race day experience in the Ken Brown Dining Room. Indulge in modern Australian cuisine while taking in 180-degree views of the winning post and mounting yard through floor-to-ceiling windows on the first floor of the grandstand. Guests can choose a three-course plated lunch or order from the a la carte menu. Chefs utilise the best seasonal produce and the menu changes monthly. All-inclusive beverage packages are available, however every person in the group must opt in for the same offer. Bar tabs can also be arranged prior to race day. Most dietary requirements can be catered for. Please notify the club of any special needs or requests at least seven days in advance. Members dress regulations apply in the Ken Brown Dining Room.

Grandstand Bistro
The Grandstand Bistro is the ideal base to enjoy everything a day at Kembla Grange Racecourse has to offer. Located on the first floor of the grandstand overlooking the home straight, the bistro provides easy access to bars, the betting ring, and the trackside lawn where all the action happens. The extensive menu features bistro classics such as chicken schnitzel, fish and chips, Caesar salad, steak sandwiches, and loaded fries as well as dessert specials and children’s meals. The atmosphere is more casual than The Ken Brown Dining Room and racegoers can set their own pace. All-inclusive beverage packages are available, however every person in the group must opt in for the same offer. Walk-ins are welcome and can order from the bistro menu on a race day, however seating is subject to availability. Bookings are highly recommended, particularly for major meetings such as The Gong, Melbourne Cup, Kembla Classic, and Cox Plate Day. Most dietary requirements can be catered for. Please notify the club of any special needs or requests at least seven days in advance.

All orders need to be in by 8am, 3 days prior to the race day. Grazing & platter boxes will be delivered to your table within 30 minutes of your nominated delivery time. For orders relating to general admission tickets, without reserved seating, orders are to be collected from the Burger Hut at your nominated pick up time. Please email catering@illawarraturf.com.au to select a time. PLEASE NOTE these boxes are for general admission, Marquee, Members Bar and Public Bar only. Boxes can not be purchased with hospitality packages.
