PAGKABUHAY PINOY features three sets of boundary-pushing genre-less exploration of 'underground sounds' on Thursday April 17 (public holiday eve) at the Vanguard. It means 'Filipino Easter' but is also suggestive of 'the rise of the Filipinos'. See you there.
