Oscar LaDell brings his soulful music to Kindred Bandroom to celebrate the release of his upcoming Single 'Hurts the Same.' Featuring Oscar's 5-piece band and Support sets by rising Neo-Soul star Wild Gloriosa and singer-songwriter extraordinaire (who co-wrote and produced Hurts the Same) Wilson Blackley, this will be a night of sweet singing and heartfelt songs.

Naarm/Melbourne-based Singer Songwriter Oscar LaDell's electrifying, genre-bending sound is the perfect blend of power and tenderness. Oscar draws on the influences of Soul & Blues to give performances that remain intimate even in their most intense moments.

The brainchild of Gloria Ragesh, Wild Gloriosa takes her name from Tamil Nadu’s state flower Gloriosa, or flame lily, Wild Gloriosa creates music that feels familiar yet unique, hypnotic yet forthright, prayerful yet seductive - a marriage of undertones that is sure to hold her audience on a journey beyond the here and now.

Born in regional Victoria’s hilly South Gippsland, Wilson Blackley’s musical journey started at an early age, picking up his first pair of drumsticks at just two years old. He was raised on his mother’s record collection, absorbing a large variety of genres. Wilson’s songs tow the line between love and pain, provoking his audience’s imaginations, and reinventing the spaces in which he performs.
