ORACLE NIGHTS - February Presents: FID, MCB and DJ MightE DreamR curated by Grace Chia.
Welcome to the new monthly hip-hop nights at ALTAR. Every third Wednesday of the month come get aquatinted with some of Tasmania’s best under ground hip-hop artists all for FREE!

FID is a talented MC and Producer based in Hobart. His hunger for hip-hop is evident in his regular open mic performances over the last 12 months at Jaw Wide Open Mic. FID was selected as one of the young mentees for the Downsyde tour 2024 where he performed an original song over gifted Dazastah beat. His unique soulful twist on classic Australian hip-hop cuts through with his fun loving stage craft and intricate production. Definitely one to watch!

MCB has been making waves as one of the youngest promising upcoming artists in Tasmania. Already performing at MONA, The Seventhree Boat Party and supporting Rooboy and Downsyde, MCB has an undeniable stage presence that captivates any audience. Known for his intricate lyricism, confident charisma and social media presence, MCB is the next gen of young kings.

If you're under 18, you must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times and out of venue by 9pm.
