By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to the following:

• All bookings are final. No refunds are available. All bookings are non-refundable once the payment has been processed.
• This is an 18+ years event, with no minors allowed.
• This event will proceed in all weather conditions.
• All guests must present valid proof of ID upon entry.
• Each ticket holder must present a valid booking confirmation upon entry.
• Full pre-payment and final guest numbers are required at the time of booking. Any additional tickets will be subject to availability at the time of enquiry.
• Pass outs are allowed, provided you have been given a wrist band and ID has been checked in accordance with RSA.
• There is a strict 'no smoking' policy within the venue. Should you wish to smoke, you will need to go to the allocated areas. Failure to do this may result in being removed from the event.
• Patrons who are intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, inappropriately attired or behaving in a disorderly or inappropriate manner will be refused entry or removed from the event in accordance with RSA.
• Any guests drinking alcohol on approach to the venue will not be allowed entry, in accordance with the Liquor Act 2008.
• Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel reserves the right to cancel the event for any reason, either before or during the event.
• Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel strictly complies with all liquor licensing laws. No refunds will be issued for denial of entry or removal from the premises relating to licensing compliance.
