Whether it be an afternoon gathering with friends or an out of the office meeting with colleagues this is the perfect place to enjoy a bite to eat and an icy cold beverage. With trackside views of the live local racing and interstate races on screens around the course, Doomben is the perfect place to catch all the mid-week action.

General Admission

Entry is FREE on midweek racedays, which means no ticket is required. Conference and hospitality packages are available. Please contact our Sales & Events Team to enquire - sales@brc.com.au 

Owners Ticketing

Please note, there is no Owner Ticketing required for midweek racedays. Entry is FREE for all patrons and owners! Don't forget to claim your free race programme at the Owners and Trainers Bar (race programmes are distributed on a first come first served basis). Please note entry to the Winning Enclosure is reserved only for Owners of the top five horses across the line. Access pre and post-race will be granted at the discretion of Security staff to Owners. Winning Owners are also invited for a complimentary beverage in the Committee Room post-race to celebrate your great achievement.

Dietary Requirements

Please note, if you have a dietary requirement, every effort will be made to accommodate this. All care is taken when preparing dietary requests. As our kitchens are fresh cook, there may be traces of lactose, gluten, nuts, tree nuts, seafood, shellfish and egg products. Please email your dietary requirements to sales@brc.com.au. 

External Food and Beverage

Please note, external food and beverages are strictly prohibited. Guests are able to purchase food and beverages from the retail outlets on course.

Important Information

Please note, as Brisbane Racing Club is a licenced venue you may be asked for ID when on course.

Acceptable Forms of ID include: Current Australian driver licence or learner permit, passport (from any country), adult proof of age card, a recognised proof of age card (eg. Keypass identity card) or foreign driver licence. These can be hard copy ID or official digital ID. The ID must be current and have a photograph of the person and their date of birth. Expired IDs will not be accepted.

It is an offence for a minor to be on licensed premises in Queensland unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult who is responsibly supervising the minor. Minors must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian who is old enough to be their parent (ie. An 18-year-old accompanying a 17-year-old would not be considered a suitable guardian).
