The yearly sell-out MEKKA Raceday is back and better than ever!

Mark your calendars and get ready for Brisbane's ultimate day party. This year we have one epic stage featuring some of the best Aussie artists, ILLY, Teddy Cream and Brooklyn.

In between the music, enjoy being trackside at Doomben with a 9-race feature programme of thrilling thoroughbred action.

The countdown is on for what will be an incredible day out with friends.

Make it a Saturday out with friends and family and enjoy a Saturday raceday at Doomben, open to all ages (with a supervising parent or guardian who are old enough to be their parent, accompanying those minors at all times - Please note: An 18-year -old accompanying a 17-year-old would not be considered a suitable guardian). 

We will have a fantastic race card to Feel Closer to the Action on the day. Raceday Admission packages include access to the Members Reserve at Doomben and excludes access to MEKKA.

Upgrade your experience on the day by pre-reserving a table in the 10,000 Room or Falvelon Courtyard or indulge in one of the delicious food and beverage options available in the Members Reserve.

Public: 10.30am

Functions: 11.30am

Racebooks: $7.00 each

Raceday Office & Cloak Room

Our Raceday Office is open from 9:00am-5:30pm on Saturday. Physical access will be from 10:00am once gates are open to Members and Owners, however we are able to take calls from 9:00am.

Please note, a Cloak Room is available at the Raceday Office. All cloaked items must be collected before 5:30pm. After this time, cloaked items not collected can be picked up from the BRC Administration Office the following week.

Please note: If you have a dietary requirement, every effort will be made to accommodate this. All care is taken when preparing dietary requests. As our kitchens are fresh cook, there may be traces of lactose, gluten, nuts, tree nuts, seafood, shell fish and egg products. Please email your dietary requirements to sales@brc.com.au.

External Food and Beverage

Please note External Food and Beverages are strictly prohibited. Guests are able to purchase food and beverages from the retail outlets on course.

Important Information

Please note as Brisbane Racing Club is a Licenced Venue you may be asked for ID when on course.

Acceptable Forms of ID include: Current Australian driver licence or learner permit, passport (from any country), adult proof of age card, a recognised proof of age card (eg. Keypass identity card) or foreign driver license. These can be hard copy ID or official digital ID. The ID must be current and have a photograph of the person and their date of birth. Expired IDs will not be accepted.

It is an offence for a minor to be on licensed premises in Queensland unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult who is responsibly supervising the minor

No alcohol or illicit drugs can be taken into Racecourse. If you are caught attempting to enter with alcohol or illicit drugs, your ticket will be forfeited and you will be escorted from the site with no re-entry with the matter referred to the police.

Entry will be refused if intoxicated /Under the influence on arrival or behaving in an inappropriate or aggressive manner.

Prohibited items: Illicit drugs, alcohol, items that can be used as a weapon, signs & banners, balloons, bottled water (including sealed bottles). Read Conditions of Entry here.

Smoking or Vaping is strictly prohibited unless done so in the designated outdoor smoking areas – the Brisbane Racing Club operate under a one warning rule.
