Mark Wilkinson - ‘Home for Christmas [SECOND NIGHT ADDED]
2 Shows (Doors 6pm & 8.45pm) // Seated // Social Distancing Restrictions Apply
Mark Wilkinson’s annual ‘Home for Christmas’ concerts have become something of a home town tradition. With a uniquely warm and festive atmosphere, it's a night where requests are encouraged and new material is unveiled. Raw and evocative, his songs, these performances, burrow their way into your heart, tapping into the swift currents of pain, hope, and desire that flow just below the surface of our daily lives.
This year has been a very different and difficult one for all of us, and while restrictions mean we can’t stage Home for Christmas in its usual DIY home, Mark is excited to bring it to Mary’s Underground. While the name may be unfamiliar, Mark and many of his fans are no stranger to the space - once home to Sydney’s iconic Basement and host to Mark’s ever popular Live at the Basement album.
Tickets for these shows are always in high demand and with reduced capacity restrictions in place to allow for full seating and safe distancing, you’re encouraged to book early to avoid disappointment. Let’s share in farewelling the year and looking forward to what’s hopefully a brighter 2021.
