Mama Kin Spender is a rattle and hum call across the desert plains. An ARIA-nominated duo of connectionand mischief-making, MKS is Mama Kin (aka Danielle Caruana), a storyteller and dream weaver with a penchant for soul-baring; and Dingo Spender, a producer and instrumental wizard. Wholeheartedly committed to community, MKS gather local choirs wherever they roam, with choirmaster and vocal arranger, Virginia Bott (Brighter Later, First Chorus Band of Singers) taking the reins to guide the voices to harmonies that ricochet and smoulder, underpinning a joyous collision of drums, percussion, and blistering guitar. Creating an opportunity for communities to connect and celebrate themselves, MKS is an openhearted burst of sincerity, wonder and adventure.
