MACËY is taking over UniBar once again with the launch of their new song "Magic". With their eclectic Alt Rock/Hyperpop blend and contagious live energy, MACËY have hit the ground running in 2025. "Magic" is the 3rd single of the year and the 4th off of the upcoming EP "Union Street".

"Magic" diverts from MACËY eclectic cacophony of Alt-Rock and Hyperpop to explore the more somber and introspective aspects of their sound. The track is driven by sparse percussion and playful electronic textures, carried by a haunting guitar loop echoing throughout. These elements build into an ethereal chorus that is equally triumphant and devastating. Lyrically, "Magic" tackles the themes of grief, trauma, and childhood experiences that have been alluded to throughout earlier singles; confronting these topics and eventually washing itself of the pain and burden of these memories. Through the contrast of its lush production and despondent vocals, "Magic" serves as a journey through cognizance, depression, anger, and acceptance. A journey, while harrowing, can prove fruitful rewards for its partaker.
