By purchasing a youth ticket you are acknowledging you will be at least 16 years old on the day of the festival, upon entry you will be required to prove this with photo ID, anyone 15 years or younger will forfeit their ticket.

Moshtix is the only official online ticketing outlet.  We cannot confirm the legitimacy of any tickets purchased via a third-party ticketing outlet.

Ensure you already have a Moshtix account (and you know your username and password!) and if not, then don't forget to sign up for an account in the next few days.

If you are purchasing for your friends too, make sure you have everyone's full name and date of birth ready to go. If you need to reissue a ticket for the incorrect spelling or DOB, there is a $12.50 reissue fee, so make sure it's correct to start with.

Listen Out and Listen In Adelaide are 16+ events.

Listen Out/In is moving to 16+ nationally, increasing access to music festivals for the emerging generation and creating a more vibrant and inclusive festival. The entire venue will be licensed meaning that U18’s are free to move throughout the majority of the site with their accompanying responsible adult*. The VIP area at each event which will remain 18+ only. For more information on our youth policy and mitigation strategies please head to our website.

* Accompanying responsible adults are not required in Brisbane and Adelaide.
