Please note, external food and beverages are strictly prohibited. Guests are able to purchase food and beverages from the retail outlets on course.   Located within the Members Grandstand, the lower level of the Falvelon Bar and Courtyard is an open-air space with views of the track and finishing line.   Located on the lower level of the Members Grandstand, the Falvelon Courtyard is an open-air space with views of the track and finishing line.   Situated on level two in the Members' Grandstand, the 10,000 Room exclusive dining room affords spectacular views of Doomben Racecourse and the winning post. The 10,000 Room is accessed via a lift from the Members Reserve.   Grab your friends and reserve a table with an umbrella on the lawn, just steps away from the racing action. Your fenced-off area will have fantastic views of the home straight and winning post and you will also receive one complimentary cheese platter for the table and Stubby coolers for all to take home.   The Pavilion is the perfect place for racing enthusiasts and small groups to soak up the atmosphere and excitement of The Ladbrokes Doomben 10,000 Day. This beer-garden style oasis is close to the mounting yard and a short walk to the Members Reserve Grandstand. Enjoy a delicious lunch of barbecued yearling eye fillet with a cheese plate to follow, complemented by a 5 Hour Bronze Beverage Package. Minimum of 4 guests to book. Sold as tables of 4 or 6. Raceday Office & Cloak Room

Our Raceday Office is open from 9:00am-5:30pm. Physical access will be from 10:00am once gates are open to Members and Owners, however we are able to take calls from 9.00am. Please note, a Cloak Room is available at the Raceday Office. All cloaked items must be collected before 5:30pm. After this time, cloaked items not collected can be picked up from the BRC Administration Office at Eagle Farm Racecourse the following week.

Dietary Requirements

Please note, if you have a dietary requirement, every effort will be made to accommodate this. All care is taken when preparing dietary requests. As our kitchens are fresh cook, there may be traces of lactose, gluten, nuts, tree nuts, seafood, shellfish and egg products. Please email your dietary requirements to sales@brc.com.au.

Please note, external food and beverages are strictly prohibited. Guests are able to purchase food and beverages from the retail outlets on course.

Important Information

Please note, as Brisbane Racing Club is a licensed venue you may be asked for ID when on course.

Acceptable Forms of ID include: Current Australian driver license or learner permit, passport (from any country), adult proof of age card, a recognised proof of age card (eg. Keypass identity card) or foreign driver license. These can be hard copy ID or official digital ID. The ID must be current and have a photograph of the person and their date of birth. Expired IDs will not be accepted.

It is an offence for a minor to be on licensed premises in Queensland unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult who is responsibly supervising the minor. Minors must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian who is old enough to be their parent. (ie. An 18-year-old accompanying a 17-year-old would not be considered a suitable guardian).
