Jim is set to showcase his well crafted songs wit some of Fremantle's finest musicians

Doors 5 pm | Band at 6 pm

Duke of George presents

Jim Fisher and the Fall Guys

This 'new' band has an enviable pedigree - between them they have played with some of the biggest names of the Australian music scene, including the Elks, Dave Warner's From the Suburbs, Cold Chisel, the Mighty Reapers, the Dynamic Hepnotics, Paul Kelly, Dragon etc.

Jim Fisher (band leader, singer, songwriter, multi instrumentalist) has a long history in such notable institutions as the Sensitive New Age Cowpersons and the Outlaws.

The Fall Guys are Dave Brewer (guitar), Bill Rogers (sax and harp), Howie Johnstone (drums) and Howard Shawcross (bass).

Armed with a new kidney, Jim felt enlivened and enthused to assemble this 'new' band of veterans to showcase a swag of his more recent songs in a soulful and funky setting to highlight his well crafted songs and showcase this collective of some of Fremantle's finest musicians.

After a sellout first gig at Clancy's Fremantle in December 2023, the band are very excited to be playing at the Duke of George on Sunday 24 March 2024 from 6 til 9pm.

So get your tickets while you can - this show is sure to be well attended!
