Jessie Gordon's Approximate Folk
Playing a night of original music spanning jazz, folk, blues and gospel, Jessie is joined by Mark Turner on acoustic guitar, Emily Gelineau on violin, Lucky Oceans on pedal steel, Karl Florisson on double bass, Jon Knox Matthews on electric guitar and Michael Perkins on drums.
Jessie’s original music has been described as ‘spectacular and genre defying’ with ‘beautiful and poetic lyrics you can’t help but move to and sing along to’. This show received a Weekly Music Award at Fringe World 2023, as well as several ★★★★★ reviews, so come along and see what the hype is all about!
