Jess Spahr isn’t your run of the mill musician. She picked up the Violin at the age of 6 and from there her musical journey started. 

She then trained as a contemporary Pianist and began to sing alongside it. 

In 2018 she recorded and released the debut single Betray Me. Betray Me channeled Morchebba and picked up spins via unearthed and triple j. Over the past several months Jess and been writing and recording, churning out many tracks and getting a feel for her artistic sense of direction this brings us to her EP ‘Tensions’.

The highlighted single ‘Tensions’ was number one of the Triple J unearthed charts and has even been giving love over in America. 

Joan rides the wave of a folk/country singer/songwriter. Through trial and error, Joan has found her sound and is ready to take you for the journey. Joan has sold out the Brass Monkey in Cronulla twice, played the main stage at the Sydney Bastille Festival and has shared the stage with Judah Kelly, Garrett Kato, Craig Woodward, Frazey Froad (USA). With heavy influences from Missy Higgins, Joan’s Australian folk music is quick to pull on the heart strings and make you feel strong emotions throughout her songs. 

Releasing her debut EP in 2018 with a four track concept EP, it took her on a journey playing shows all over Sydney. Written from personal experiences and hearing stories from close friends about tricky situations, the EP takes the you through different perspectives of relationships

Currently back in the studio, Joan has a big year ahead of her with music videos, new music and new merchandise to release. Joan’s ready to keep her heart open to the world and tell her story to people through her music.

Matt Lister -A multi instrumentalist singer/songwriter. Matt blends pop melodies with intricate beats to create emotionally charged and layered sounds, for his unmistakable vocals to lay on. The combination allows him to sit in the middle of the pop singer/songwriter genre.
