Duke of George presents
Jeff Lang "Some Memories Never Die"
Often taking unexpected turns, Jeff Lang has consistently inspired his audiences by creating a stylistically diverse catalogue of over 30 albums. Part of this creative drive requires diving into completely new disciplines and so in 2019 Jeff sat down and began to write what would become his first book.
“Some Memories Never Die”, the resulting memoir of three decades on the road, contains memories of gigs where the pay was akin to blood money, reflections on how the road's twists and turns can be lightened by the presence of fellow travellers and occasionally darkened by them too.
To celebrate the publication of the book in 2021, Jeff soldiered through a 37 date national tour that stop/started through the pandemic era to mid 2022. The WA dates were rescheduled several times and eventually abandoned.
Jeff is now every bit excited to be coming to Perth – finally - to play two very special shows where he will now formally introduce his wonderful book to his friends in WA.
