If you have friends wishing to join you, please ensure you purchase your tickets as a group. If you purchase tickets to the social table, you will be seated with other individuals on the night. James Ellis launches his new album, The Party Might Be Over, at the Brunswick Ballroom on Saturday 8 February.

The Party Might Be Over features Nashville-based stars Chris Scruggs (Marty Stuart), Fats Kaplin (John Prine) and Lillie Mae and recalls the late 60s / early 70s Nashville sounds of Mercury / Smash’s Jerry Kennedy.

James will appear with his long-time band, the Jealous Guys, with whom he has made two records: 2018’s It Ain’t Texas (But It Ain’t Bad), which won Best Country Album at The Age Music Victoria Awards; and 2020’s Country Lion.

Support is from Rhiz and the Sugarplums.
