Eora/Sydney based neu jazz / electronic fusion collective HAZTET explore a cosmic vastitude of dense sonic realms, guided continuously by the rich, bountiful osmosis of improvised collaborative experimentation. Profoundly inspired by the music of Mulatu Astatke, Kamaal Williams, Yussef Dayes, Roy Hargrove, Pharoah Sanders, and John Coltrane, audiences can expect vibrant jazz harmony, percussion driven Afro-infused dance grooves with layered ambient SFX soundscapes.

SEEN HERBIVORE
Inner West based jazz(ish) group Seen Herbivore merge high energy, vitamin dense grooves with unfettered improvisations, sending listeners on a journey that is equal parts captivating and enriching. Consisting of six stalwart and fibrous members of Eora’s live music scene, the band has been known to haunt venues both locally and interstate.
Seen Herbivore, under the care of native Adelaide saxophonist Tom Andrews, pays homage to an eclectic array of influences, from contemporary jazz artists Butcher Brown and corto.alto to legendary Afrobeat pioneer Fela Kuti.

Yasmina Sadiki is an Eora-based established live performer and independent artist pioneering a fresh look into the possibilities of Jazz and Neo-Soul through her passion for the art. Raised in Canterbury, over the years she has connected with a wide variety of producers, artists and musicians from Gadigal and beyond.
Yasmina’s deep love for improvisation, freestyle, jazz, hip-hop and soul leads her to aspire to challenge the scene with a raw but poetic window into her life. Her insightful lyrical expression and nuanced vocal technique whisks us away into another world - creating something genuine and mesmerising.
