Coming full circle, Greenhouse return to Geelong  Sat, May 22.

Following sold out Melbourne shows in March with The Underground Lovers, Greenhouse head back to where it all began and headline their first show since the ’90’s…..has it been that long?

"Journey into the stratosphere of searing, soaring, scorching guitars, and you’ll discover Greenhouse” Jeff Apter - On the Street. Sydney

Favourites on JJJ and with their indie hit single See Saw... listed as one of the important songs of 1990 alongside Vapour Trail by Ride and The Only One I Know by The Charlatans ... and with their follow up Ep Full Circles / Travel agent,  Greenhouse launched out of Geelong and onto the national stage. The band played to packed houses around the country supporting international acts The Wonderstuff, The Mission, Ned’s Atomic Dustbin and The Godfathers. Often seen on bills with Falling Joys and Clouds in both Sydney and Melbourne, the ‘Joys JJJ presented WishList Tour saw the trio of acts smashing the house record with 1142 punters at the Sarah Sands Hotel in Brunswick.

"...obviously suited to puddles larger..."John Watson - On The Street

Now, with the ‘90s revival in full swing and the recent release of their lost track Pray, Greenhouse are answering the call and returning to Geelong for one night only.

7pm Saturday 22nd of May at Zigfrid’s, 66 Pakington Street Geelong West.

Special guest on the night will be the wonderful Nick Batterham.

A voice described by Rolling Stone as “an almost other-worldly instrument of beauty,”

A creative force in the ARIA-nominated Earthmen, Nick Batterham is a master of crafting sparkling, melodic pop songs, drawing deeply on his recent classical compositions for visual artist Rone.

His songs bristle with spiky observations, delivered with the world weariness of Elliott Smith or Nick Drake.

Hear NIck's new single Thirty Four

Master disc spinner DJ Rokdog will be pumping tunes on the night , keeping the vibe high with Indie dance floor favourites and ‘90s anthems.
