High energy weirdo rock music

Once described as a “Kaiju video game nightmare,” Godswounds combine the blips and chirps of 8 bit video game synths, the melody/cacophony of trumpet and a tempestuous rhythm section inspired equally by 70s Rock and 90s Grunge. For fans of Zappa, Ween, Deerhoof, the Pixies and Super Mario Brothers, Godswounds return from a 7 year sabbatical to create high energy weirdo rock music for anyone willing to shoulder it. The night will also feature the compositional theatrics of Eunuchs, the unhinged chaos of Usta and a special set by Violence in Action, a fully-improvised anarchic game piece ensemble with plenty of space for audience participation.
