To mark the release of her much-anticipated new EP ‘Moments Between Dreams’ (Soul Has No Tempo), well-loved Sydney songstress Ella Haber announces her hometown headline show to celebrate! 

You can expect a night packed full of quality music and community love, curated all by Ella herself. Ella Haber will be heading up the bill in full-band formation, delivering the mesmerising live show blending jazz, indie and future soul with show-stopping vocals she is well-known for.

The night will also feature performances from Western Sydney R&B icon PA777IENCE (formally Clarissa Mei), Sydney DJ don Setwun and a one-night-only supergroup of Sydney’s most forward-thinking instrumentalists dubbed ’The Between Dreamers’ in honour of the release featuring Abby Constable on drums, Jan Bangma (GODTET) on bass, Yianni Adams (Kyoshi) on guitar and Daniel Pliner (PlaneFace) on synths. 

Co-produced with longtime collaborator Yianni Adams (Kyoshi) and mixed by Grammy-nominated engineer Nick Herrera (Hiatus Kaiyote, 30/70), the 6-track Moments Between Dreams represents a maturation in songwriting and artistry for Ella Haber. All written and conceptualised on pianos in bedrooms, the record is a striking snapshot of Ella’s innermost reflections on life and love delivered with honest lyricism and rich, dream-like instrumentation. 

Following the international and local acclaim generated by her 2019 debut EP ‘Clay’, Ella Haber was the only Sydney at invited to perform at tastemaker Gilles Peterson’s inaugural ‘We Out Here’ festival in the UK, followed up by an exclusive London headline showcase hosted by Jamz Supernova (BBC 1XTRA/Future Bounce).

Since then, Ella has become an in-demand support act for esteemed international acts such as 70’s funk legends Cymande, Kamaal Williams and Alfa Mist (Sydney Opera House) as well as local legends Surprise Chef and Ngaiire.

With the release of ‘Moments Between Dreams’, It is now Ella Haber's turn to deliver the headline performance of her dreams, bringing her full band and community with her for the occasion.
