Echidnacia are Wollongong's biggest underground rock band!

The 5 piece, originally formed in UOW accommodation, found their footing early in the year, in a granny flat out the back of Keiraville. The band is heavily inspired by Jet, Oasis and Led Zeppelin, forming their own sound and leading the charge towards Australia's new rock sound. The lead singer, Hugo, is taken right from the magazine pages of Rolling Stone. He lives and breaths rock. The rest of the band have an emphatic connection with crowd, as if the crowd is a 6th member of the band. 

Echidnacia will be joined by friends such as Gong’s own, The Summer Guppys, as well as Sydney based rock band, Sereia for an unforgettable night at La La La’s on the 23rd of October!
