Joining them for the evening is the exquisite, soulful band Akasha, known for their unique blend of jazz, soul and hiphop influences. Come by Trocadero Room on the 9th of November for an evening of musical celebration and a couple cold ones!

Four-piece Eora/Sydney-based group Dink is a fast-emerging Jazz-Fusion thrill. Currently playing a range of shows around Sydney. After debuting in 2022, Dink forged ahead in 2023 with a multitude of shows  traversing the Sydney scene, and are continuing the ascent into 2024 with their recent and adventurous debut double single release ‘Tessellate’ out on all platforms. Having recently travelled interstate in July to promote the new release, they already have another energetic single coming out in mere weeks in conjunction with a release show at The Trocadero Room. Whilst offering exciting interpretations of favorites, it’s Dink's striking and experimental original compositions that are known for intersecting a unique range of styles and genres - inspired by the likes of Steely Dan, Yussef Dayes, BADBADNOTGOOD, Chick Corea and Weather Report. Dink is at once an homage to past greats and a breakthrough into the future.
