Black Aleph (VIC/NSW) launching their new single, DESCENT.
Black Aleph perform a hypnotic blend of post-metal and ritual drone. They use this weighty sonic language to explore interactions of shadow and light, the movements of celestial bodies, and inner and outer spaciousness.
The band features unusual instrumentation, with Lachlan R. Dale (Hashshashin, Adrift For Days) on guitar, Peter Hollo (Tangents) on cello, and Timothy Johannessen (ex-Mehr Ensemble) on Persian daf.
Black Aleph's debut album 'Apsides' is out 26 October on Dunk Records & Art As Catharsis.

Kuiper
Kuiper is an ambient Post-Rock band that started as a studio project by Dion Zisos which has now formed into a live band. Beautifully crafted songs and melodies, driving synths and rhythms. After releasing the first album Alignments in 2021, Kuiper supported Scottish Post-Rock legends Mogwai in 2024 in their live debut.
