Dear Bluesfest 2020 ticket holder,

We are heartbroken to advise that Bluesfest 2020 cannot proceed.

As you may no doubt be aware, on Sunday the NSW Health Minister issued a Public Health (COVID-19 Public Events) Order 2020. A copy of this Public Health Order is here. It is clear from the order that events of over 500 people are now banned, events include music festivals. Consequently the 2020 Bluesfest cannot proceed.

Bluesfest has lodged their claim with their insurers and are working through the process. Moshtix will be in contact with all ticket holders as soon as possible and appreciate your understanding and patience. Please be aware that the current situation is unprecedented and Bluesfest has been told that insurers are inundated with claims and are doing their best to administer those claims in a timely manner. We don’t have a time frame to offer you currently, however we will keep you updated.
