All Pre-Sale tickets must enter Mary's Underground prior to 1AM to receive express entry. After 1AM, your ticket will still be valid, but you will be required to wait in the provided queue and your entry is not assured. If you are unable to enter the venue post-1AM, refunds will not be accepted.

Photo ID is essential, acceptable ID is a current and valid Australian Photo Drivers Licence, State Approved ‘Proof of Age’ card or Passport. Must be a physical or digital copy. Photos or scans will not be accepted.
